Delays in completing, then told it will be ready by end of day. At end of day told that actually the technician was not in that day. Mistakes in analysis of what needs to be repaired, causing more delays. Finally told it’s ready…. But is it? Pick it up and the display tells me there is a problem. So I bring it back. Another delay. Rear end repairs were great! Fixed up the paint and got the new parts in and replaced and they look nice like nothing happened. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! We had a tail light alert pop up later the day we picked it up, so we took it back to get checked out. They went ahead and replaced the light right then and there checked out all the wiring. Would definitely use them again for any car repairs!
I had the BEST experience with Caliber Collision on Diamond Springs Road. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision, Diamond Springs Rd. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs every couple of days, and my car was ready a few days earlier than expected. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. The manager was very friendly and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
