Shane was very helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He communicated the whole process with me and was very patient when I was deciding on what I wanted to do. Excellent customer service and my car looks fantastic. I’m sure they have to deal with upset customers because of collisions but we are very happy with the repairs and the team.
