TERRIBLE! Called after they open asking to speak with the manager. He wasn't in yet, left a message with Lucas, he stated he was leaving a message on his desk to call me back. I NEVER received a call back after a week. Had this same problem at another Charlotte location the next day. So I decided to go to take my money to Fort Mill SC and it was worth the drive and time. Don't waste your time with this location. When a manager can't return your call, they don't deserve to have your business.
