Less Than Perfect Took our vehicle to this repair shop. While it was technically ready on time, there was a bump/blemish in the paint on the brand new part that was installed. They made the bump disappear, but the blemish is still slightly visible. The tech attempted to bully me into giving him a five star review. Sorry. If quality control can’t find something I find within a minute of inspecting, and then someone asks for a perfect review, when the results aren’t perfect, that’s unacceptable.
Caliber Collision does Amazing work, great team of individuals. While my car was being fixed they had to send it to BMW where my mirror was cracked however I was assured that my mirror would be fixed just waiting in a call. Every time I’ve needed my cars body work repaired I’ve taken it to caliber n they always seem to do an amazing job!
