great communication with status of car during repairs. Manager Nate Barber was excellent in explaining everything that was going on during this process and very professional. thanks caliber collision for excellent work.
Very easy to deal with and kept me informed of the status of the repair 100% of the time. Even finished the repair ahead of schedule.
The repairs were completed in 1 day. There were no issues during pickup...big issue, one days to repair damaged areas.
Unfortunately I have utilized this location more than once (no fault of my own). But the service provided has always been great and I a satisfied customer. Kudos to Kelly and her associates.
