My experience with Caliber Collision was overall positive. I was rear-ended on vacation in a brand new Lexus NX hybrid. This Calliber Team went out of their way on a Sunday to help me coordinate shipping my car post-repairs from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Evie Dunn did a fantastic job communicating the repairs and walking me through the process. The repairs ended up being around $24k and taking around 3 months.
