Love the old school vibe and atmosphere. The owner is a great guy. First workout there today was great. When I'm in Manteca, this will definitely be the gym I go to.
My mom and I started training with Hugo two weeks ago and he is amazing friendly very professional and helps us out with every step. The owner is very friendly we talked to him on the first day and he is very nice and professional and he is there everyday if anyone ever needs help.
$20 for a day pass is insane. Also I’ve never had a gym ask for my ID for a day pass, usually just a verbal confirmation of details and a signed waiver. Odd.
Family oriented, knowledgeable just great people I’m excited to take my family and stay in shape. Hugo goes crazy
Let me say all of the staff here have been fantastic except for Hugo. I don’t know what’s wrong with him but he has been aggressive and instantly escalating towards conflict to me and my friends. He seems to be on some sort of power trip and “enforcing” his own code of policies such as banging weights even when they’re not being dropped and shoes he doesn’t like (none of the other employees have ever enforced) that are not stated anywhere in the gym or handbook and when asked to show the policies as I have never seen them st... read more
