Caledonia Vision was a drive for me but worth it. They were extremely fast in changing out my lens and repairing my second pair of glasses.
Caledonia Vision is my go to for eye care. It's easy access and friendly staff are a bonus. My visit was great. From the time I checked in with a friendly receptionist, met by Jo who started the eye check process, to Dr. Nichols who examined my eyes and went over every detail with a smile and very professional friendly manner, to Anita who helped me select a new pair of glasses and checked me out. I appreciate all and recommend Caledonia Vision. Thank you Dr. Nichols and all your staff.
Dr. Plant was able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. The office was nice with very modern technology, and it gave me confidence that they were using the best tools to provide an accurate diagnosis. She also took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis and the reasoning behind it. That level of transparency made me feel informed and confident in what she recommended. Total trust! They were so friendly, I was so happy and will be having my husband switch to Caledonia Vision now too!
I just received a bill for $25 for an appointment I had in January of 2025. Was told it was a portion that my insurance did not cover. My insurance paid their portion shortly after my appointment. I was so confused why I was receiving a bill for an appointment well over a year ago. Not cool! I won’t be coming back.
I went here for a second opinion. I am so glad I went there. Everyone was very friendly. I saw Dr Jennifer Nicholes , she is very knowledgeable and very friendly, helpful. Took time to explain things. Really listened to me. You can tell she cares. She is helping me figure out what is wrong with my eye. I am so glad I found this place
