Visited to have a mole and skin tag removed. Dr. Creswell and the nurses at the Edina office were very friendly, professional, and mindful of my time. Would definitely recommend Dr. Creswell and the staff at this location!
Dr. Creswell was very friendly and made me very comfortable. He seems knowledgeable and thorough.
I will never forget him! I made an appt with him as a new patient about a year or so ago concerning my cystic acne i've had for years. He was so rude and did not want to to listen to my concerns. I remember telling him what meds I have been previously on and have not worked for me, he completely dismissed what I was saying basically prescribed me the same med I have been on before which was ineffective. I was a new patient to Dr. Creswell and expected to get a more thorough exam of my issue of hair lose. He came in took a look and diagnosed as Alopecia. For a women that is a scary diagnosis and he was quick to give a shot and tell me not to worry about it. No info, no suggestions on how care for my scalp or hair. Nothing. I will not return for his services.
Dr. Creswell and his nurse were caring, expedient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed about what they were doing during each step of the procedure they were performing and helped me understand what I might experience. Thumbs up.

This was my third annual visit with Dr. Creswell. He is attentive to my issues, explains things clearly, and has an actual personality. The office is incredibly well organized and my appointments have been right on time. Highly recommended.
Travelled 4 hours to get the best treatment. Very professional. Diagnosed and treated actinic keratoses and rosacea for me in 15 minutes. Phenomenal physician!
Dr Creswell is great. Really makes you feel comfortable and make sure you understand all options. I highly recommend him.
