I was a new patient to Dr. Creswell and expected to get a more thorough exam of my issue of hair lose. He came in took a look and diagnosed as Alopecia. For a women that is a scary diagnosis and he was quick to give a shot and tell me not to worry about it. No info, no suggestions on how care for my scalp or hair. Nothing. I will not return for his services.
Dr. Creswell and his nurse were caring, expedient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed about what they were doing during each step of the procedure they were performing and helped me understand what I might experience. Thumbs up.
