Very quick and efficient! This is my 2nd visit in the last three years to have skin lesians taken off. Both times, staff were so professional and wait times were virtually nonexistant.

My experience with Dr. Creswell and his staff was one of the best clinic experiences I've ever had. Even though my appointment was for a minor issue, Dr. Creswell took the time to thoroughly explain everything and listen to any questions. He and his staff also went above and beyond to accommodate my unease with the short procedure I had. The same was true of my follow-up appointment. In addition, scheduling was quick and easy, and wait time was minimal.
My aging father was treated by Dr. Creswell for a basal cell carcinoma. We said he has low platelets (i.e. there may be blood clotting problems); gave contact info for his hematologist. Despite 4 visits to Dr. C., they couldn’t control the bleeding, nor could we later. The Dr. said he did not know what to do w/ the situation, but never contacted the hematologist. Exams were perfunctory; a minute or two. To control the bleeding, he later got 2 platelet transfusions. Surely not returning there.
I have seen Dr.Creswell for about 4 years now for problems like acne, eczema and skin tags. He has been amazingly helpful in getting me exactly the results I wanted from treatments and correct diagnoses. He is incredibly kind and professional under all circumstances. I would highly recommend to anyone especially young people with acne problems.
