Great place for some awesome bbq! All the staff we encountered during our Saturday night and Monday afternoon visits (yes, it's that good) were very friendly. Saturday we got to meet Jimmy, the Pit Master, and he asked us to come back some time when the smokers were working and we could get a "tour" of them. Wonderful place, great food!
If/when I am in the area, I always make time to stop by Caldwell County BBQ...some foods will improve your mood, but this brisket will improve your life!
Good Texas style BBQ Nice taste and the corn casserole is tasty
We went to Caldwell tonight for the first time and I’m so mad we haven’t come here before! The food was beyond delicious, service was great and they really cared about us liking our food! We got the turkey salad, brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, corn casserole and pecan pie and we left full and happy!! We will definitely be back and bringing friends when we do! If you haven’t been there yet, GO NOW!!!
Customer service is excellent just like the food. There is no wrong plate combo, they all are very tasty and the sauces are on point. Great family atmosphere indoor or outdoor dinning. 5 star for me.
As good as LMQ without the line
