Good lord this was tasty!!! Everything was so delicious. But do yourself a favor and get a pecan pie for $5. It might just be the best five dollars I’ve ever spent in my life!!!!! Now we just need to come on a night when Jimmy is singing. ☺️
just ate supper here AGAIN! I recommend not even bothering with anybody else's BBQ or smokehouse it's never gonna stand up to Caldwell's! You will not leave hungry or disappointed. Check out the smokers while you're there maybe the pit masters will show you their meats!! Absolutely amazing

Maybe the best brisket I’ve ever had. Great flavor, moist and tender. Tried the ribs last week. They were tender and meaty, but wasn’t crazy about the seasoning. Tried them again today and taste was noticeably different and better. Not sure why the difference.
This place is unreal. I’m so glad we found this place and it’s so close to home. I travel a lot and have had some of the best in the country. This is on that level for sure. Real Texas flavor. I had to try everything and there were zero disappointments. The owner even gave me some pointers for my ribs and some of his rib rub to try. How cool!

Best Texas BBQ in AZ! Great family place with excellent customer service. Jimmy the pit master is awesome. I would highly recommend for family outings and fun.
