RecommendedWe usually stop here when we visit Arizona. Then take some of the BBQ sauce back to Texas with us. Love the name and the food. The family meal deal is wonderful!

One of the briskets I’ve ever had. Definitely up there with Little Miss and even I dare say Franklin. Caldwell starts with quality beef and takes the time to do it right. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
First time trying this spot and we were not disappointed! Franklin's BBQ out of Texas and Little Miss BBQ out Phoenix...is what you get at this location. Pit Master Jimmy you my friend are F'n amazing...thank you SO MUCH for the personal tour of the joint and the delicious samples. Caldwell County BBQ is now one of my two favorite BBQ joints in all of Arizona. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING & DON'T EVER LET JIMMY LEAVE...he's F'n NECESSARY!!!
