RecommendedWe had the best experience at Caldwell County BBQ. The food was phenomenal and the staff was friendly and personable. It was pretty busy when we got there but we got through the line quickly and the restaurant was clean. We can't wait to go back!
This Kansas City girl has been craving some bbq! Finally had a chance to try Caldwell’s and it did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. Already thought of a few great locations they can expand to! Thanks, Caldwells!
I am from Kansas City so for me to give this place 5 stars is absolutely out of this world. The brisket was absolutely phenomenal and their hot and sweet sauce was out of this world! Now if they only had burnt ends lol. Staff was great and the cornbread corn casserole was a great addition. Thank you for giving me a place that feels like home. The atmosphere is inviting too.
We showed up less than an hour before closing and every employee was so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting! My daughters and I have wanted to try this place since before they opened, we finally got an opportunity and I'm glad we did. We will definitely go back. Would like to sit out on the patio once it cools down a bit, it looks beautiful out there.
Just left the place and it is off the hook!! The ribs had just the right amount of heat and spice. I will be back!!

Went here for the first time today, the young men behind the counter were very nice and welcoming! I asked what was good here and they gave the recommendation of the “el general patton”! Which my husband got! I wish I would have taken a picture it was huge! There Mac and cheese reminds me of being back home in Texas!! I love supporting small businesses! This place is fantastic! Great service, great food, and all around the southern charm! I posted what was left of his sandwich! Let’s not forget a classic coke in the bottle!
