My neighbor must have been on drugs to recommend Calaway Heating & Air. My air conditioner lasted 27 years before having to be replaced. I did not have time to do my own research as my dad was in the hospital and I had to leave, so I trusted my neighbors recommend. I have never wrote a negative review but I feel I need to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, They were hired for a complete install of 2 HVAC systems in my new house. The customer service is non existent, they are not reliable and never show up when they said they would, constantly finding excuses as why they are late or just a no show.
