I had never been here before so of course they had to verify all my insurance info. In the meantime people who walked in after me were being called back and seen. They finally called me back after an hour and a half just for triage then they sent me back out to the waiting room to wait another hour. RecommendedI waited over 2 hours to get seen. extremely slow to process patients. However the nurse practitioner was very nice gave me 2 shots and got relief within hours. Expect to wait but provider does good job.

RecommendedI went in to the Staples location this morning for fasting blood work in order get my prescriptions refilled. I checked in, got checked by the assistant, got my blood drawn, talked to the doctor, and was given paper copies of my prescriptions all within 45 minutes. When I got back to work I noticed that they had already been processed through my mail order company. Fast and efficient! I would highly recommend them!!

Don't go to this place, and if your company sent you look over everything. And don't let you go back full duty, if your not able. I just got put on worker comp and there not going to pay for my lost time behind that. They are a company dr. And that's who they look out for.
I would give it no stars if possible. Spent 2 days there and still don't know if my elbow is broken. And now a holiday weekend. The nurses were nice but the receptionist was extremely rude. When I called the last time I spoke to someone named Gracie and she told me that Calallen had not called her about the order for an MRI and not to bother her again. Glad we have a choice out here now. Don't waste your time or money. God forbid if you had a serious problem: everyone was gathered around the nurses desk having a good time.
