Just spent an hour and a half in this place. Got put in a room after thirty minutes and the whole time all I heard was a bunch of employees standing around gossiping. When I walked out to see how much longer it would be I had to interrupt the gossip in order to get acknowledged. The response was clear that they were annoyed that they got interrupted. I'll take my chances elsewhere.
Waited 4hrs for a DOT card......this place sux. I never want to go there again.
FOUR hours. To be sat in a room and wait 30 mins for the doctor to see me for 3 mins. Brush me off and prescribe the most basic antibiotics. Then another 25 mins for a nurse to walk in and tell me she'll ask if I'm good to go. 25 mins again for her to tell me I'm good. When i asked her if the doctor sent a prescription she told me she doesn't know. And if she did it would be at the pharmacy. Worst place in city. Doctors issue medications patients are allergic to. Then say too bad and REFUSE to speak to patient. They do NOT provide patient care in any form. Receptionist refuses to transfer and speak to patients she hangs up on them whe she says "I do not care what happens take it up with a legal person". 4:15pm Sunday Receptuinist even threatened a patients life with her refusal to cotact nurse or doctor after doctor gave patient medication doctor KNEW patient was allergic to. RecommendedMy brother took my dad in to the Dr's Center Urgent Care in Callen today. They were received and treated so fantastically well. They were a staff that showed they truly care about the well being of their patients that come in. I would like to personally thank that following staff on behalf of my dad and our family: Laura Segovia NP, Anna at the front office, Darnel x-ray tech, and Hilda medical assistant. Thank you once again for caring and going above and beyond to make sure dad was taken care of. The Rodriguez Family.

RecommendedI have never had any issues here. I have come here several times for various reasons, The staff have always been very friendly, and they have always treated me very fast. All in all with the weight, triage, and being seen by the doctor, I was in and out with in an hour.�
Went for a follow up visit and as usual, wait nearly two hours to get to a room. Then wait another 30 minutes before a nurse practitioner comes in to see me for exactly 58 seconds. Such a waste of time for bs.
