with insurance humana ppo 90 co pay. they bill as specialist. rip off. the office help are also rude and not very pleasant and could have stated this when called. wont make this mistake again. was 1st one there and waited
Very nice office. Michelle made me feel welcome from the time I walked in and did a great job explaining benefits. Dr. A and his assistance Maridale were awesome in explaining the procedure and made me feel very comfortable with them. While I was in the waiting room several kids came out and they all had a smile and seemed happy. I would recommend Calallen Dental for your dental needs.
Worst place in city. Doctors issue medications patients are allergic to. Then say too bad and REFUSE to speak to patient. They do NOT provide patient care in any form. Receptionist refuses to transfer and speak to patients she hangs up on them whe she says "I do not care what happens take it up with a legal person". 4:15pm Sunday Receptuinist even threatened a patients life with her refusal to cotact nurse or doctor after doctor gave patient medication doctor KNEW patient was allergic to. I was given the incorrect medication because the CNA "guessed" which one I took instead of looking back at what had been filled previously. I called 3 times and left PRIORITY messages and no one returned my calls. I had to go to the pharmacy and ask them to call the clinic. That was yesterday morning, and I still have not heard from them. Guess they want to be sued for giving out wrong medication? Why do you let people leave messages on the weekend if you do not listen to them?
Don't go to this place, and if your company sent you look over everything. And don't let you go back full duty, if your not able. I just got put on worker comp and there not going to pay for my lost time behind that. They are a company dr. And that's who they look out for.
I would give it no stars if possible. Spent 2 days there and still don't know if my elbow is broken. And now a holiday weekend. The nurses were nice but the receptionist was extremely rude. When I called the last time I spoke to someone named Gracie and she told me that Calallen had not called her about the order for an MRI and not to bother her again. Glad we have a choice out here now. Don't waste your time or money. God forbid if you had a serious problem: everyone was gathered around the nurses desk having a good time.
