5 Star : My Experience It was excellent customer service and friendly staff. From Nana the owner being so responsive. I gave the claim number, then I was given an update via text message. When I received my vehicle, it looks like brand new. Now I know why they are 5 star diamond certified.. They do an EXCELlENT job!
5 Star : My Experience Unfortunately this is the second accident I’ve been in where I’ve needed body repairs to my car. Fortunately, I knew right away which shop I was going to! This is my second visit to Cal Auto Body and just like my first visit, from start to finish the service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. They worked with my budget (within reason) and my car looks good as new! I couldn’t recommend the Cal Auto Body team more! Thank you :)
