3 Star : Likely to Recommend Overall good. But I’ve had to go back and forth with them some bit. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The repairs were good, and the service was also good. However, I found out that a tire was placed directly in my backseat without any cover or bag. And there are stains from the tire. I’ve reached out to them about this but they have not responded to my communication yet. 4 Star : Customer Service Up until now they’ve been good with their customer service

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Cal auto body was amazing, Kemper on the other hand is pathetic. Took them more than two months to solve a simple accident claim with all the proof needed pressented. What a joke. 5 Star : Customer Service Cal auto body was amazing, Kemper on the other hand is pathetic.
