3 Star : Likely to Recommend I wouldn’t recommend against CAL and only slightly favor over indifference. Maybe some plus and some minus. Depends on situation too. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 7/10 -1 for not opting out of survey and then still having to finish it twice. 3 Star : Customer Service Didn’t exceed expectation, no major faults. Work delivered on time, not 100%. Slight improvement upon mention but still didn’t get to level 10. 3.5 Star : Returned Clean
