overall great movers I had a good move with Cal 1, they were clean, fast, courteous My only suggestion would be to make the insurance claim a bit easier as there is long paperwork to do and things like that. I understand that there are protocols but I just found it all too long. Regardless, I did end up getting my money for the broken desk in a fair amount of time. And the customer care team is very responsive.
great service I didnt really take part in the actual process of choosing a mover as my partner did that, but I do have a lot to say about the service itself. I am completely satisfied and content with how our move went down and how it was handled. They truly are 5 star movers and hopefully I never have to move again but if I did I would go ahead and give them a call.
great movers Scott was fantastic to deal with as he made things so easy for me and my family who moved to Texas. We received our things yesterday after having them in storage for three weeks as our house wasnt ready. That was another amazing thing they did, gave me storage time and I didnt have to deal with any third parties whatsoever as it was their own warehouse. Everything arrived in their original shape with no damage!
Very professional You won't regret hiring Cal 1 Moving! Fantastic job cal! I moved apartments a week and a half ago with the help of CAL1 Moving ans Storage. I had never used movers before, but they made it an easy experience and most importantly for me...cheap!. They were on time, very efficient, and hardworking. Considering that it was one of the most humid weekends I've experienced in LA and all the steps that these guys had to go up and down at both apartments, they really did a fantastic job.
real pros! CAL1 is a professional organization. I used them twice in one month for two large moves. Had great crews each time. They brought out huge, clean trucks and all the supplies we would ever need. These guys are experienced and polite. Big thanks to all of them for keeping our belongings safe and transported properly.
Can´t complain! I am very pleased with the great service that the CAL1 moving guys provided. They worked extremely well together and were very fast and efficient. As soon as they walked up to my front door, they introduced themselves then went straight to do their paperwork. Afterwards the reviewed the amount of things I was moving and got to their job right away. they were great at it, cant complain!
