Amazing cake, that buttercream combined with the cherrie ripe mud cake is still haunting my dreams. From start to finish which includes emails, phone calls and the best cake tasting of my life!!!! Jo was stellar ❤️ Everything ran perfectly and I got the most stunning and mouth watering cake- I'm salivating as I'm writing this. I can't wait to add photos to go with this review- but Ladies I will tell you this o am one lucky lady to of had Jo 🥂❤️🎉🎂 I would give 100 stars if I could.
Jo was my life saver. I can not thank Jo enough for being so helpful with the amount of time I gave her which was practically none. The Birthday cupcakes were a hit and talking point. Thankyou again Jo.
I was so worried about the cake as a baker my self but I could not have been happier! It looked so beautiful and the flavours were phenomenal! Lots of good comments from all the guests!
Jo was lovely and so helpful, teaching us all the tricks of the trade. I have walked away with so much more confidence and am now creating my own cakes for family and friends. It's a really helpful and informative class and worth every penny and more.

Jo's mini mash up cake class is definitely worth booking into. You get to learn lots of skills and techniques and then leave with your very own masterpiece. The classes are small and allows for one on one time. Jo is a patient teacher willing to answer all the questions you have. I'm eagerly watching her page for any other classes she decides to teach :)
