Wow! If you have been thinking about doing a mini mash up cake class - definietly make the commitment! Not only do you get to have lots of fun, you leave with lots of tips, knowledge, skills to practice and an amazing cake! Jo is a fabulous teacher and such a beautiful soul - i couldnt recommend these classes or her services more �

The lovely Jo helped make my mum's 50th birthday so special. At a weeks notice she managed to pull off 4 dozen delicious vanilla and pancake cupcakes and a beautiful chocolate cutting cake. The correspondence and the collection of my order was a complete breeze and a delight. Jo did an amazing job with my wedding cake! Nothing was too much trouble when it came to making what i wanted, the design was beautiful and the cake itself was to die for it was so delicious! Everyone at our wedding commented on how amazing the cake was! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding cake! Thankyou Jo :) It was incredible!!
Today 3 lovely ladies and myself had the pleasure of doing a Mini Mash-Up Cake Class with Jo. It was a most enjoyable day and a great experience. Thank you Jo and to my family for the class as a very thoughtful birthday gift.

Wow...... is all I can say about Jo's work. We just had our wedding on Saturday (4th march) and not only did my husband and I absolutely love the taste of the cake for desert but all of our guests have been raving on about how amazing the cake looked and tasted.
