Jo from Cake My Day by Jo created the most delicious Cherry Ripe Cake, complete with pieces of cherry ripe, slivers of chocolate and cherries, for my 60th birthday. This awesome cake was very memorable to me, my family and friends. Thank you so much Jo, I will be back very soon for another yummy creation.

Jo provides her customers with outstanding designs and also provides me a copy of the design so I can get a full understanding of her artistic vision of the finished product. She does cake tastings in a professional studio environment and her product is just beautiful.
