She was more than happy to answer and and all questions about our cake, to make last minute changes and she saved us last minute from having a cake topper disaster! Although we didn’t get a chance to taste our wedding cake all of our guests couldn’t speak more highly of how it tasted. Jo is phenomenal! We got the lemon cheesecake and caramel macadamia for our two tier cake and it was honestly the best. We met Jo at an expo where we sampled her cake and knew - she was the one! We got married June 28th and Jo made our wedding cake. Jo made the whole process so simple and stress free! We both wanted something fairly simple, elegant and classy. Jo certainly delivered. She went and set up the cake the day of the wedding leaving us relaxed knowing it would be perfect.
