This is a horrible place to work. There is no respect given to the staff. The management demean the staff and inform “a monkey can do your job”. Graciella the front office manager stated “ I can find someone off the street to do your job”. They set ridiculous expectations for appointments and testing. The patients sit around for hours. This is a joke. When I first started going was a great place. Now, it really has gone down hill. Had a test, went in for the appointment only to get told it was for the day before. No body told me! I live 2 hours away round trip, they don’t care. I complained that didn’t do anything. Dr. Lighwalter, now seems to have a lot on his mind. On a visit he asked me how my arthritis was. Never been diagnosed with it. Today he has taken me off the blood thinner and my blood pressure is high, having trouble getting it back do... read more
