I have been going to Dr. Shukla and his group for the last 2 1/2 years. They have been totally wonderful and very professional and knowledgeable. I have been taken care of very well with the doctors. And physician assistance, nurses, office staff. I highly recommend. Ā
I was very nervous about this appointment with a new Dr. I have to say, it's been a long time since a Dr office staff or Dr impressed me! Dr Shukla was personable, took his time with me and explained his opinions thoroughly. I left the office feeling relieved and I understood why he was ordering the tests he did. He also took the time to explain his reasoning for a new medication and the dosage he felt was best. The office staff was friendly, helpful and scheduled my test dates for me before I left. I want to start this review by saying the front desk staff is AMAZING and are all very kind, I loved them. I saw Dr. Shukla, the visit started by his assistant (i donāt remember his name) coming in and getting a run down of what was going on with me. His assistant was also super kind, personable, and made me feel like he was actively listening and cared about what I was saying. I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. Everyone is very friendly and they truly care about your well-being. I love that Dr. Lichtenwalter has listened to me and my alternative requests and although he may oppose sometimes, he never has made me feel less of a person/patient and has worked with me. I did not give a 5 star is because I would like same day results read on echos and office needs to be brought up to date. Ā
Iām very happy with the care I receive from CAI Jocelyn is the best. She always make sure that she checks everything if she sees or hears something that isnāt quite to her liking. All the staff there is very friendly and welcoming.Ā
