From check in to check out, the staff were fantastic to work with! Matt was great to walk us through our pacemaker check, explaining everything as we went. Dr. Shukla was thorough and did a great job explaining what was going on and walking us through our options!
All was great. Kudos. To staff. I would appreciate pre visit questionnaire to be shorter, not repetitive. Please use info from referring party. Just send me the form to use that info. It seems like the programmer isn’t using common sense. make this easy , after all you are the professionals. Computers were made to make less work, but many have made it tedious.
They are very understanding. Nice and knowledgeable.
The worst office staff I’ve ever dealt with. After leaving numerous voicemails and texts, it took 4 weeks to finally get a return phone call to schedule a procedure. Then they did not email necessary paperwork. Very unprofessional.
The wait time was reasonable the staff was great Dr lichten Walker was very easy to talk to he was right to the point and overall it was an excellent experience
Dr Shukla is very professional. He took the time To explain procedure and why it’s needed. The Office staff is very polite. . I feel my husband is in good hands. Thank you Sharon

I have been very pleased with all the providers at the Cardio Arythmic Institute. I’ve been a patient there for over 5 years and I find the doctors, physicians assistants, nurses and office staff to be very efficient and caring.
Dr Lichtenwalter is great. He’s thorough and kind.
