I gave 4 stars. The reason is, the testing area especially the person and manager who does the 24 hour heart monitor needs a training in compassion. Dr Shuka is great and so is his PA. Holly Molly they were great and supportive. Because of them I will go back. The front desk ladies is also amazing and very helpful. Kudos to this team.

Dr. Shukla was very professional, personable in discussing the issues along with ordered initial tests and answering questions. My first experience to this office is very positive from the receptionist, medical assistant, training PA, and the person at the front desk handling my follow-up tests and appointment.
So far so good.... First time going and the Dr ordered some testing..... Thought I would have to wait a few months but they are going to be able to do them in 2 weeks, then go back a week later for results!!!! The Dr was very nice and professional..... He also was very thorough ask made sure to ask a lot of questions!!!! After today's appt, I WOULD recommend them, but we'll have to see how the office/testing is in the near future!!!!
I couldn’t ask for anything more. Everyone was caring, friendly and efficient. Scheduling with Helen was simple and she was so conscious to find times that worked with my busy schedule. I was totally cared for during my entire visit. Thank you to all.
After hearing from a few family members that Dr. Shukla is one of the best and how everyone who works at the institute is so nice and know what they are doing etc I made my appt. I am getting the care and help I need all the staff there are next level in my opinion and I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent care with people who know what they are doing!!!
I was able to get an appointment in a week and I really enjoyed the clinical team and our discussions. They were patient and knowledgeable and helpful. The office team seemed to be short staffed.
Reestablished new patient visit went well all tests ordered and moved quickly to get me I. And through. Nice staff and efficient!
