I had them do a very small job for me, edging and mulching my front yard. The initial appointment was prompt and thorough as was the outline of the contract. Getting them to actually start the work was frustrating even though I gave a deposit. Part of the problem had to do with the weather which I understood but I had contracted with them early in the season to be sure I had it done within a specific time. frame. Thanks we appreciate the feedback and the work. This years weather was uncooperative, 70 degrees in Feb we thought an early start to the season, but than zero degrees in March. Landscapers did not start the season until April 9 in our area this year, we had the work done the next week before Easter upon request. If we had done the work when requested in March, the Mulch would have been disturbed by rain, snow, wind. We used our professional judgement to give you the best outcome for the Easter Holiday. My first appointment was a no show but when I called the owner apologized saying there was another cancellation on my street and he thought it was me. He showed up later that same day. That's why the customer service only got 4.5 stars. I hired them to do the work and was very pleased. 6 guys showed up to clean yard of leaves and trim my shrubs. They finished my 1/2 acre lot in no time and got all the leaves I wanted gone into a pile, including ones that were wedged into shrubs and underbrush. The next day (Sunday) they came... read more

We plan to have extra office staff next year to be sure all errors are minimized with calls, this year our office staff worked with the crews some days. 2 Hours is good timing for a large yard with a lot of leaves and piles. Terrible experience! The job I needed done should have taken 1 full day at most, but it took weeks to be completed. I had to constantly call, and constantly was told dates that were never kept. After 4 weeks I told them not to bother. They finally showed up that day, and was here for 40 minutes. That 40 minutes had cost me $225!!!

This is a new 2016 customer that signed a detailed contract with pricing on 5/23/16 in the middle of our very busy spring season, they signed up for Edging Beds $100, Mulching $175. Pruning $175, Plant Annual Flowers $225, all very reasonable prices. . On 6/09, 2 weeks after signing up we completed the edging, pruning and mulching.... read more
Arrived on time, cleaned the gutters and left. Price was agreed before hand and bill was sent by email, paid online. Efficient, now considering for snow removal.
