Lawn care is good. Can't seem to get a handle on billing system. I will be better able to give details at the end of the season.

Thanks for your feedback, we leave a form on the door after each application with the application detail and the amount billed on the bottom. We also have an online system that you can review your account detail at anytime and make payments via credit card or bank. We also mail a monthly invoice with any open balances.
they mowed off schedule resulting in additional costs. contacted them about the discrepancy a month ago. still no response

This is a complete miss understanding. This customer hired us to mow his lawn. He than hired us to mow a street side section of his lawn every other week and we agreed to a separate cost and he paid us for all of the services. We billed the street side section on the same account as his regular lawn account so naturally there would be more number of mowings because it would be as if we were mowing two lawns for him. none of the seeds have germinated. i expect they used low quality

Hi we completed your aeration and seeding on 10/16/17 today is 10/31/17. Seed is highest quality the only seed we have ever used. Seed falls into the aeration holes, germinates in the holes, and will not appear on the surface for at least 3 weeks, with proper watering, seed continues to grow in the spring.
Prompt, professional and excellent communication throughout the new lawn project. We are very please with the results and plan to use Cahill Lawn Care for fertilizing, grub & weed control, and all of our lawn service needs in the future.

The quality of the work was excellent. The issue was the price. the owner gave one price and when the work was done I got a bill for another price. My suggestion when dealing with this company make sure you get a hand written estimate. When I tried to tell the person in the office my side of the story she made it seem as though I wanted something for nothing. If that was the case I would not have paid the bill!! Customer service is a lost art word to the wise the customer is always right!

Prompt service; owner and I communicated until job was completed. Landscaper arrived on schedule. I was not their for the entire hob, although neighbors that were watching said they did a great job. A few spots missed that could have been roughed up to lay seed. All-in-all, a great job.
