I've used Cahaba Valley Animal Clinic for years with all of my pets (cats and dogs). They are always nice, respectful and caring. I don't feel they try to push unnecessary treatments nor do they "try" as many treatments as possible before reaching the correct solution. They are honest with me about the health of my pets, even when the news isn't so great.
My family has been using CVAC for over 20 years. The people there have always been awesome and helpful. They love our dogs like we do. The additions that they've made over the years have all been perfect fits. Thank you to not only the vets but the awesome techs too. Y'all are wonderful.
A BIG THANK YOU to the doctors and staff of Cahaba Valley Animal Clinic! Their kindness in accepting and seeing our Pekinese Ella and our cat Mona after our evacuation from Hurricane Irma was a tremendous relief to us! Our 16 hour journey with an unknown return date and a hotel with more than 100 pets in it caused some stress, which Cahaba Valley Animal Clinic was able to alleviate. We highly recommend them to any Birmingham locals or travelers!!
Love them because they are kind and caring. The doctors that we have encountered without elderly Shi Tzu were concerned and help us help him the best way possible.
Very nice place and friendly staff for shots and minor issues for a dog. However, my dog had 2 surgeries. First one was to remove a tumor - the wound opened up on its own and stitches came loose. Second one was to remove a blockage - that after the doc cut the dog open - he did NOT have. Unnecessary stress for the animal and expense.
