It is still hard to bring myself to write this but I very much want to share our experience when we had to put our dear Ginger to sleep a couple of weeks ago after 17 years of her bringing joy to our lives. We had our Goldendoodle groomed this morning by Kimberlee. She did a great job! We dropped our pup off at 8:00 a.m. and picked up at 12:30, giving us plenty of time to run errands. Love the curbside service and masks! Thank you!
They are very caring and can meet all of your pet’s needs. Calvin is the dog trainer who knows Sami the best. When I walk in, they do not ask my name, they just say, “You are Sami Pepperoni’s mother”, and I just say “”Yes!”👍🐈💕
Cooper has been feeling very sick this week, and Dr. Williams and Jess at Cahaba Mountain Brook Animal Clinic have taken such good care of Cooper. Dr. Williams kept Cooper in her office and personally watched him to make sure he felt better. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my sweet baby. Not to mention, Emily and everyone up front always get me in the same day! If you're looking for a vet, I can't recommend enough.
I took my cat in recently and they took great care of him, and now I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. Super nice staff, wonderful vets. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby 💜💜
Yesterday at 5 pm, I discovered my cat was very ill. My regular vet had left for the day, so I called CMBAC. The receptionist was super understanding as I cried my way through asking if I could bring Velcro into the office. Dr. Schofill was so very compassionate and helpful. The rest of the staff showed such kindness to me. Although the visit was extremely sad, I will never forget the respect and care the clinic exhibited. Thank you all! You REALLY care about pets, and people!
They are so good with animals. It's the only vet I have ever been to that all the dogs in the lobby are excited and happy not trembling behind their owner's legs.
