Ole! – My favorite is the Cafe Rio salad with the Barbacoa meat selection & the creamy dressing. Very spicy, lots of great flavors, & so delicious. Their tamarind juice drink is also a favorite.
Awesome Experience – Cafe Rio has the best fresh Mexican Food this side of the border!
cheese enchilada to die for – I love this place because of the atmosphere, reminds me of Sbarro's in New York. At least this is as close as it's gonna get in Utah. You have to scream out what you want to order. There can be quite a lot of pandemonium if you go at the right time of the day/night. Good food.
Yummy in my tummy – I love Cafe Rio. I started going there in St. George and fell in love with the food. My favorite is at Shredded Beef Taco with Black Pinto Beans!
great cheap food – If you have the time to wait patiently this is a great restaraunt for inexpensive mexican food.
Rio es bueno – I like Cafe Rio for Mex, but it would be nice if Chevy's was on the list. Chevy's is at least as good but the atmosphere is better and the wait is not so long, and there is no line.
Where's the beef? – I've noticed that Cafe Rio has begun to put less and less meat and cheese into the burritos. At first, the portions were great but now they leave something to be desired. Also, it is always so crowded. We don't go ther anymore due to the skimpy portions.
Healthy and delicious – Cafe Rio is a wonderful little mexican restraunt that has reasonable prices and great tasting, authentic food that is fixed right before your eyes. everything is fresh and hot!
OOh lala – This is the best mexican food in Salt Lake City; however, if you want to taste the very best in Utah -head to Parck City and try out the Baja Cantina!
