Although Chef Carlose's kitchen was very small, him and his daughter Amanda put out a lot of amazing food. We had the red beans with pork loin, boudin cakes and the chocolate waffle. Thanks to Prytania Bar for a great time and to Executive Chef Carlose Lainez for his awesome culinary creations.. ( pop up restaurant June 11, 2018.)
