This place is a total DIVE. Don't waste your time. BTW - they HATE New Orleans history and culture, but if you are a paid activist/anarchist that goes around with a covered face while you do your dirty work, I'm sure they would welcome you with open arms! And yes...I've been there. Won't be going back, though.
This place rocks. The owner is one of the coolest people to hang with ever.
This place is a small fun little pub with good people and fantastic drinks. Worth stopping by for a pint or 3.

This is a monumental bar and is always full of local confederates - by which I mean actual friendly people that live here, not out-of-towners who haven't even learned to be Civil.
One of my favorite bars in New Orleans. They always have amazing music and kickass service. Bummer people who have never been here are trying to trash the reviews because they're sour about the city taking down the monuments. If you are a reasonable person who enjoys drinking, fun, laid-back people and great music, come to prytania!
