Nice place, Good price and amazing service. The girl is very kind.
We passed by this unassuming little storefront tucked away on Richmond Street and noticed they had fruit tarts, which we’ve been searching months for a version that rivals the amazing tarts we had in Paris. The fruit tart from here is a must try and most closely resembles the authentic Paris fruit tarts we had! Great customer service, and we also were offered to try some of their lemon and matcha cookies which were also awesome!
This place is a joke. They never stick to their hours. A few months ago, I had a pickup order and the place was closed when I got there at the pickup time. Today, I ordered breakfast through DoorDash, and they were closed again! By this point, I’m not even convinced they're still open. They also offer catering; I can't even imagine the nightmare of booking them for an event only for them to ghost you.
I’ve ordered from Café Montaigne twice and highly recommend them. Their pastries are absolutely delicious, and their fruit platters are always fresh and beautifully prepared. I’ve tried fruit platters from several places, and I can confidently say theirs is the best. Delivery has also been consistently on time!
