It was a very strange atmosphere. I went there after two weeks of moving to DC from Europe. I really wanted to dance but mostly the people who are here are with a group and only dance with each other or don't dance at all. The rest of the people that are there are just there to drink. The waitress behind the bar is slow and rude for no reason. There is no difference to the waitress downstairs. I will not return unless "Agua Night" is that Wednesday.
