Beignets and café au lait. Nothing more. But wouldn't be NOLA without it
The line is a trap. Don't believe it. You can actually walk around to the front door and seat yourself. #protip
Cash only, this place is a crap hole. The food is good, but way overpriced. We have a place in Houston that is better and cheaper. Wait staff is surly, and seemed to genuinely dislike customers.
Beignets are great, careful of the chicory coffee. Will make your eyeballs explode if you are faint of heart!
Watch out for the mule poop on the way in. :)

Don't breath while taking a bite. Bad things happen if you do.
Open 24 hours, spread plenty of napkins on your lap and around your plate when eating beignets unless you want to look like Al Pacino from Scarface.
