It's a very chill place to go and enjoy one's coffee. Plenty of seating and the major point is easy access parking. Not as douchy as the other nearby coffee shop and certainly not as elitist.

First and foremost, excellent Americano! Secondly, the absolute best perch to watch folks at the Cherry � Street Farmers Market, one of the best pop-up mini-festivals I have ever attended.
