My parents and I found this little gem by accident (google) after a long day exploring Washington, DC. Great German food/beer paired with super nice staff and phenomenal atmosphere. I am glad that I live/work in NC or I prob would become a Stammgast (regular customer) at their Biergarten (beer garden) ;)
We are big fans of Cafe Berlin. The food is fabulous & it was a great evening on the terrace. It is a tradition to bring our friend from Chicago to Cafe Berlin for the annual visit

Cafe Berlin has long been a favorite spot for sipping Hefeweizen on an idle afternoon in their lovely outdoor garden, or for a pleasant, slightly more formal pre-theater dinner indoors. Service has always been warm and friendly, recommendations right on the mark, and food delicious and properly portioned. Nice wine selections, fabulous beers, and reasonable prices. Prosit!
