Great property management service, very knowledgable and responsive to our property needs – Our condominium association was mismanaged by one of the largest companies on Oahu and we selected Cadmus Properties to take over the management in late 2008; Cadmus came highly recommended to us by members of a nearby building that had been managed by Cadmus for several years. Avoid. Over priced, very poor service and business practices – This property management company ranks very poor all aspects of a property management company. No services provided toward tenants. Very quick to fine tenants on any violation possible. Very poor communication practices to reach property tenants. Find someone else if you care about where you live or the property that you own.
