Avoid. Over priced, very poor service and business practices – This property management company ranks very poor all aspects of a property management company. No services provided toward tenants. Very quick to fine tenants on any violation possible. Very poor communication practices to reach property tenants. Find someone else if you care about where you live or the property that you own.
