Great Personalized Service! – At my last annual board meeting I had a few questions that the board members could just not answer and to my surprise the president of Cadmus was at the meeting and took me aside to answer my question and guide me through my problem. I was very surprised that 1) the president was at the annual meeting and 2) that he and my property manager Chea made sure I was satisfied and personally taken care of. I really was caught off guard and was glad to know me and my association matter!
Great Service! Made Me Feel Like Family... – Cadmus was very accommodating when the unit above mine started flooding. The receptionist was able to help me right away and got Adept Plumbing out to my condo in an hour. My property manager also made sure everything was ok and followed up a few days later to check on our situation. I really appreciate the service! They made me feel like family and thats what mattered most to me. Thanks Cadmus!
Great Property Management – My property manager Casey Paet saved my building. My previous property management company was horrible at fixing my building and didn't use our maintenance fee's properly. Before cadmus we needed serious repair to our walkways, spalling and roofing and landscaping. When casey took over he got everything repaired and the best part is he did all this with out raising our maintenance fee's super crazy like Hawaiiana did to us. Thank you for fixing my building and improving my investment!
They actually return my phone calls! – I've been living in my condo for a year now and from my previous experience with other management companies they would never return my phone calls or emails. Now with Cadmus anytime I have a problem or question I get a live person on the phone.
Great Family Owned local company – I've owned my condo for ten years and the previous management company did nothing but collect a management fee. Now that we are with Cadmus we get personalized service with a small company feel. They answered all my questions and made me feel like Cadmus was the right choice. Cadmus Saved our CONDO!!! – Cadmus saved our Condo from highway robbers. I am board of director for a high rise condo in Waikiki. I have been on the board since 2005. My condo was previously managed by Hawaii First Inc. who was slowly bleeding and in my opinion stealing from our reserves. Horrible service, 100% of the time. DO NOT USE CADMUS! – I was a condo/homeowner for nearly 5 years in a building that Cadmus "managed". I paid my monthly Cadmus bill early every time. What we got in exchange from Cadmus was appalling. Their Management can be seen if you drive by!!! – Meheula Hale Patio Homes Meheula Patio Homes 94-015 Kuahelani Ave Please drive by in Mililani on Meheula Parkway on the way to Safeway and just see for yourself! The properties stand out by trimming their trees into tall ugly stumps with no branches or leaves. They over spent on fixing all our fences and gave our money their fire fighter friends who only fix the fences on their days off which are rare.
