I will never again vote to hire Cadmus properties to manage real property. In my opinion, Cadmus properties lies, they are deceitful, they are incompetent, and they are hiding financial documents from the Owners. Cadmus is only offering to allow Owners to review the general ledger financial documents online, in READ ONLY format. As a renter with our owner for over 13 years, this company cadmus properties is unprofessional, and discriminates against tenants with families and is intolerant to work with! We contact them and text this company everyday about issues and about other druggie tenants that live around us and no response, prior to our other property manager he responded to us right away and tried to help us to where everyone was ok. Seller ordered condo docs on 5.26.2023. As of today 6.10.23 have only received the partial package of documents. I represent buyer. Apparently Cadmus has been fired by then condo association. New representation started in 6.1.23. Cadmus response? We no longer serve that property. Seek docs from new management. Seller we are refunding your money. Excuse me? I am an owner one of the project that manage by Cadmus property. The are terrible management don't bother to call you back regarding your complaint. The are the worse management not really concern all the owners, they don't visit the project, emailed them to call you but never return your call. I should call the Better Business Bureau or file complain to DDCA and RICO. Their manager account are Realtor and are violating License. Thank you

Cadmus properties assumed management of my condo AOAO upon acquisition of the previous management company. Trying to get information from these people is like pulling teeth. They don’t return phone calls, they promise to send emails and don’t, the poor receptionist can’t do anything but pass me on to an answering machine. My AOAO board will definitely hear about this from me. I’m just trying to setup autopay for the maintenance fees. A process that is usually a no-brainer but not with these guys. Sent me a late statement for a maintenance fee that i had paid for already. Got the checks from the bank to prove i paid. Emailed to them yesterday and never opened up the email. Today is day two and called them at accounting and told me they were to busy to check my email. The amount was for $433.69. Don't use Cadmus Property as they are corrupt and dishonest. No stars for those people at Cadmus Property

The company doesn’t carry itself like a professional outfit. The Paet family seems to care more about helping out their own friends that they hire for upkeep and maintenance than their clients. I wish I never worked with them.

Thank you Cadmus Properties for helping my association get on the right track! Our previous management company did not understand our buildings specific financial and physical management needs but Cadmus was able to sort through our financial mess and stabilize our maintenance fees for 2 years!

Great Personalized Service! – At my last annual board meeting I had a few questions that the board members could just not answer and to my surprise the president of Cadmus was at the meeting and took me aside to answer my question and guide me through my problem. I was very surprised that 1) the president was at the annual meeting and 2) that he and my property manager Chea made sure I was satisfied and personally taken care of. I really was caught off guard and was glad to know me and my association matter!
