Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up the tradition of "homemade" dishes, the look and menu at CJ's has its own style. It was very busy, about a 30 minute wait. Great friendly staff, great waitress and great ribs. 👍
It was extremely busy and took awhile to get seated, but our server, Andrew, was great. I had the haddock and it wasn't as good as it was the last time I ordered it. Appetizers were just adequate. Chips and salsa were very salty and I love salt.
I usually go in just for a fried ice cream an a beer. We went for dinner. The bbq steak tips were absolutely delicious. I had a bite of the haddock which was incredible as well. Then finished it off with my fried ice cream. Highly recommended.
3 kids, 3 adults, eclectic taste. Clean plates for everyone, or doggy bag to enjoy the meal longer. Specialty drink was not worth the money. Would definitely go back.
Cactus jacks is one of my favorites places we love watching the pats games there it is usually my pick on my girls night out great food great staff .
