Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up the tradition of "homemade" dishes, the look and menu at CJ's has its own style. RecommendedI had the fish tacos. They wrapped a crunchy corn taco in a soft flour taco making for a mess free experience. Fish was cooked perfectly. Nice and crunchy with flavorful accoutrements !! The jalapeño poppers were so fantastic. Spicy Watermelon marguerita was fantastic. I would go again for sure! My companions lived their meals too. My sister-in-law had a burger that she said was great. My brother had fried haddock that was also good

We had the BEST service from Shelly! Serious so attentive and perfect for the place ✌🏻
Love the new decor. Same friendly staff. I had the brisket quesadilla and loved it and CJ’s Margarita. My husband had the chicken fajita and said it was excellent. As a rewards member we used $15.00 gift card sent to us. Our waiter, Don, was friendly and prompt. Definitely will return.

Fish tacos, amazing! Mexican Mai Tai, complete rip off! I could not taste any alcohol at all and for $8.49, I should taste at least a little alcohol. Told the waitress and she said “well in any CHAIN restaurant that’s how it is”.....and then she did not remove it from the bill or offer anything to make the situation better. So I paid $8.49 for a glass of juice. I drank that and then I got a captain and ginger and felt completely fine to drive home.
