They are always so sweet And attentive to our daughter. And being new parents they are always quick to call back when we have a question and don't know what to do. Our experience thus far has been pleasant. I would definitely (and have) referred to this office!
We began seeing these doctors back in 2000. We had newborn twins and one soon to follow. With 4 children in a very short time, we were overwhelmed and needed help as we realized two of our children were diagnosed with disabilities. The doctors and staff kept us sane. My daughter has been a patient here for years. She is in need of a refill on her adhd medication so I called today to see what I have to do to get it refilled. I was informed that they aren't seeing new adhd patients and that I needed to find a new doctor. My daughter is not a new patient!! They pretty much told me there was nothing they could do, so thank you for not helping my daughter at all. Every doctor we have seen has been very respectful and listened to our every concern!
We've been going to Cactus Children's since our oldest son was born almost 12 yrs ago. We see Dr Michael and absolutely love him and the entire staff!! Never have a problem getting in to be seen, rarely ever have long wait times (all places get busy sometimes), and get wonderful care! Dr Michael is great with kids, and awesome at calming any worries with them and the parents :)
