They are Rude & Unprofessional...They need customer interactive training They denied seeing my 2 month old child because she showed inactive on my insurance policy. Called the insurance company while in the office.They confirmed to the billing rep that she was covered effective since DOB but that it would take 48 hours to show in the system and they still refused to see my newborn and was very rude about it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK & I WOULDN'T REFER THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!
If there was a button for higher than 5 I would so push it.. I love Dr. Fisher, she has been fantastic with both my kids. She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to hear your concerns. The office staff is friendly and willing to help. We also have seen other providers and again great experience. Great Job keep up the good work �
We moved our daughter there when she was a year and a half she is two now and she has never gotten such great care we love Dr. Micheal he answered all of our questions and our daughter really loved him we also love Dr. Kay she is really good as well we would recommend cactus children's clinic to all of my friends or anyone asking for a great place to take there kids to
Love Dr. Fisher! After switching doctors due to lack of communication and explaining processes we now love our new pediatrician! She very kind and answers every single question I have .. no matter how silly I think it is. She makes me feel better about my concerns and helps me with this whole first time mom process! She's the best!
Dr Michael is the best and so attentive to all my kiddos
My sons have been with these well trained Practitioners since birth. 14 years now and still counting. Mary Mcgee, Micheal West, Cecil Micheal. Good people. Very welcoming and homely staff. I have referred a lot of people to them and we're all well treated. Even people from out of the country. 👍👍✌️🏼
Dr Vargas is the best! Little man loves him and loves it here :-).
