We just bought our first toy hauler tonight and every staff member including the owner was fabulous! The customer service was stellar and Jeff the sales man was top notch! They don't care once they got you money They say they have to contact the factory for parts . Bad quality control never again
WOW!! I will start by staying that we live 835 miles from Cactus RV and we worked with Sean on our purchase over a month long period. Being the control freak that I am, this stressed me out purchasing a brand new 2016 $58K toy hauler, sight unseen.
