I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I contacted them ahead of time about a Jeep they had listed, and we exchanged messages. I let them know I was driving over to see it, but no one mentioned that the vehicle wasn’t available. When I arrived, one salesperson didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all, which made me feel unwelcome. Thankfully, another employee was polite and tried to help. The absolute worst is not fair to say as they did give me a ride home, and the kitty cat Beans is the support I had there (could have had none!). I am very sorry and sympathetic for the people who work the desk there, as they have to (knowingly or unknowingly) get behind very poor service department evaluations on the daily and communicate these false and uninformed messages from the service department to customers' faces.
