I’ve visited this building multiple times and I’m shocked at how filthy and poorly maintained it is. The common areas are consistently dirty, and the overall environment feels completely neglected. Even worse, the tenants I’ve spoken to — many of whom are dedicated healthcare providers who have been there for years — say they’ve been treated with total disrespect by the property management company.
