Any time you are remodeling, building or beginning a new project it is very stressful. But, JOSH made it so much easier and offered his insight and was very friendly and so helpful.
The product itself is great but to avoid very expensive shipping costs, my husband drove two hours to pick up our closet system in Franklin, TN. Upon installing the closet system, it was noticed that the back of one shelving system was missing and the brackets to hold a rod were broken. He contacted the customer service several times. When he was finally able to speak to someone it was very difficult for them to understand the issue.
