Kelsey at Cabinets to Go in Franklin has been rude and tells me my order has been submitted for processing, then I find that something was wrong with the order and she has to send me the docusign again. I had to go to the store to get a response the 2nd time this happened, as they don't answer the phone or return calls. Today is my 7th time to sign the docusign agreement. Ramona was great n professional
The Designer “EXPERT” didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment so I called the showroom and she answered. She told me on the phone that it slipped her mind but she could head over within 30 minutes. When she got here I asked a few more questions (which I should’ve done on the front end) because her appearance was completely unprofessional and that’s when I learned she’d been working for them for “about a year” and had ZERO training to be a kitchen designer. Needless to say I’ll be contacting someone else.
Jana was helping out at this location for the week and was an excellent help to me. She made the process pretty easy and was very efficient in getting me what I needed. However, now that I have finally gotten around to installing the cabinets and discovered the toe kick which I paid $200 for was not in the order. I have left 2 voicemails and 2 emails with no response. I have call the Franklin location and was only told by the person they will pass this on. Still no answers and not very happy.
