The product itself is great but to avoid very expensive shipping costs, my husband drove two hours to pick up our closet system in Franklin, TN. Upon installing the closet system, it was noticed that the back of one shelving system was missing and the brackets to hold a rod were broken. He contacted the customer service several times. When he was finally able to speak to someone it was very difficult for them to understand the issue. Hi after many visits to the Cabinets to Go store in Franklin, TN we were very happy to run into Jana. She worked with myself and my husband on creating the space we desired for our laundry room. She even had suggestions that would be helpful for one area of the laundry room that will be a crafting workspace for me. Jana made the process very easy and answered all our questions along the way. Can't wait to get the cabinets :)
