Each cabin offers a private hot tub, full sized fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and much, much more. One of our cabins is pet friendly. We're located on 80 private acres near the Shawnee Wine Trail, Giant City State Park, Crab Orchard, Cedar and Little Grassy Lakes. We love cabin on the hill. The cabins are terrific and setting is so peaceful. Jill and Danny are great hosts. Fun to visit the animals at the farm, too. Fantastic little get away!
unbelievable relaxation, calm, peace
Highly recommend! Nice relaxing get away! Cabin was super clean with easy check in and check out. My daughter loved visiting the farm, playing on the swing set. We had friendly greetings by dogs every morning, just look out your cabin and see several deer, owners gave us fresh eggs, and had a fun little hiking trail on the premises.

Such a peaceful & relaxing experience. We stayed in the Valley View cabin & loved everything about it! It’s intimate with enough space for 2 couple without it feeling crowded. I loved watching the sunset from the porch swing. Beautiful property, absolutely loved the farm. Seeing peacocks up close & personal was wonderful. We will definitely be back. So worth it!
Fabulous place to unwind and relax. Extremely clean cabin with a front porch I could sit on for hours. If you need to slow down and rejuvenate this is the place! I promise you won't be disappointed with Cabin on the Hill!
We had a wonderful, relaxed weekend - everything around was perfect & all was right with the world in this mini-paradise. Nature & farm animals sing an orchestrated symphony as you sit on the deck. We needed a break from everything Covid & it worked. Highly recommend this place.
